            5             MR. HORTON:  Ms. Richmond.  

            6             MS. RICHMOND:  That concludes our 

            7    business.  

            8             MR. HORTON:  Members, I'd like to adjourn 

            9    the meeting in memory of Jane Inouye.  She passed 

           10    away Monday, November 2nd, 2015.  She worked -- was 

           11    one of our team members with the Business Tax, a 

           12    Business Tax Representative in the Use Tax 

           13    Administration Section, Field Operations Department, 

           14    represented this organization -- anyway, our -- 

           15    yeah, honorably.  She did a fabulous job.  She was 

           16    just a -- a jewel of a person to have around.  She 

           17    brought a lot of peace to the organization as well 

           18    as those who she came in contact with.  And she will 

           19    be missed.  

           20             To the family, we offer our condolence.  

           21    And let it be the official record of the Board of 

           22    Equalization that we have adjourned in her memory.  

           23             With that, the meeting of the Board of 

           24    Equalization is hereby adjourned.
